Papaya Chutney

Raw Papaya (small) - 1
Green Chillies - 4-5 (slit)
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Sugar - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1-2 tsp
Cilantro - 1 tblsp (finely chopped)
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt - to taste

1. Wash and peel the papaya. Grate it.
2. Heat oil in a kadai and splutter the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida.
3. Add green chillies and grated papaya.
4. Add the lemon juice, salt, sugar and cilantro. 
5. Mix everything together and switch off. Serve with papdis.
