(Tarboosni Halwa, Tarbooz Halwa)

Watermelon (grated white portion) - 1 cup (squeeze out water)
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 2 tsp
Saffron - few strands
Dry fruits and nuts - cashew, almonds, kismiss (raisins), charoli, pista broken into small pieces.
1. Put ghee in kadai. When it becomes hot, add the water melon and saute for few minutes.
2. Add the milk and sugar, saffron and cook in medium flame till the halwa leaves the sides of the kadai.
3. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
4. Garnish with dry fruits and nuts. serve hot or cold as you like.
Preparation time: 45 mts
Cooking time : 35-40 mts
