Gelatin - 3 Packets

(Plain/ Mango flavoured)
Water - 1 Cup
Ripe Mango - 1

Method
1. Mix gelatin and sugar in 1 Cup hot water and mix well.
2. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
3. Add Mango pulp and mix well .
4. Next add whipping cream and mix well.
5. Add mango cubes from fresh mango to get mango texture.
6. Pour the mixture into a big glass pan or individual serving bowls and refrigerate for atleast 3 hours before serving.

Tips

Hi I would love to try this recipe but I have one question , do we need to whip the cream before adding to the mango pulp,Please answer ASAP

Reply :-

Hi Vasundhara. You don't have to whip the cream for puddings. Puddings are little on the denser side. If you whip it, it will become more like mousse (http://simpleindianrecipes.com/mangolycheemousse.aspx).

do u put whipping cream or is it tin milk.

Reply :-

I've put whipping Cream. You could also add milk instead but cream gives a creamier and richer texture.
