Jawar ka Uttappa

(Sorghum Pancakes)

Jawar flour - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Hot boiling water - 1.5 cup
Green Chilly - 1 tsp (chopped)
Ginger - 1 tsp (grated)
Onion - 1/2 (chopped)
Corriander Leaves (Cilantro) - 1/4 cup (chopped)
Oil - as needed
Salt - to taste



1. Mix the jawar flour and rice flour, salt.  
2. Add boiling water and mix it without forming the lumps. 
3. Add the chopped green chilly, ginger, onion, coriander leaves.
4. Heat tava and pour one laddle of the mixer. pour oil one teaspoon. you will get a
nice cirspy uttappa.
Serves : 1 person
