Mix sprouts - 250 gms
Rice - 1 cup
Dalia(broken wheat/lapsi) - 1 cup
Red chilli - 6 nos
Asafoeitida - a pinch
Salt - to taste
1. Soak rice and dalia for two hours.
2. Then mix all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste in the mixer/grinder.
3. Make adai as the normal adai you make. Serve with jaggery/home made butter, chutney, moru kootan.
It is healthy and tasty too.
