Here iam presenting stuffed snakegourd. This is really wonderful dish for all ages. Teenage girls love to eat this dish.
Ingredients
Snakegourd pieces - each 4 inches
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
For stuffing
Coconut paste - 1 cup
Roasted peanuts paste - 2 spoons
Fenugreek powder - 1/4 spoon
cumin (jeera) powder - 1/4 spoon
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Method
1. Boil snakegourd pieces for 3 minutes.
2. Take each piece and fill the stuff properly. Salt should be added in the stuff.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry all the pieces carefully. Before serving add coriander leaves.
