Method
1. In the blender / food processor froth the milk cream, until the butter is separated from the lassi/ butter milk.
2. You may be required to add ice cubes/ cold water to speeden up the process of frothing.
3. Drain off the buttermilk and keep the butter in the fridge . This can be stored for upto a week .
