Amarnath Leaves Chutney

           Here iam presenting a delightful dish for old age people and who have piles and fissure problems. Constipation is the big problem. Prevention is better than cure. So do follow this recipe. Try to prepare this dish. This is very very simple to prepare by any one with out support. This is amarnath leaves chutney.
 
Ingredients
Amarnath leaves - 100gms
Ginger - 1/2 spoon
Tamarind paste - 1 spoon
Haldi (turmeric powder) - 1/4 spoon
Jaggery - 1 spoon
Salt - to taste
no oil - nothing
 
Method
1. Wash amarnath leaves properly. Boil them by adding 1/2 cup water. Mix haldi.
2. Add jaggery,tamarind paste and salt. Grind all these ingriedients in to a paste.
3. Serve with roti or rice.
         You will see wonderful morning. If you prepare this dish regularly,iam sure you will never face any constipation problems.

           Please post pictures of the dish and Amarnath leaves so that we get to know which kind of leaves they are, as i am not sure how amarnath leaves looks like. Would really appreciate this help
