How long do you suggest the cutlets should be baked for and at what temperature? Thank you
Reply :-
You can bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or till the outside turns cirspy and brown.

I tried out this recipe with Tilapia.
I used whole wheat brown bread crumbs... no rice.. and 6 cloves of garlic... grated.
Hubby and I both loved the cutlets. Yum yum!!

thank u so much for ur fish cutlet recipe. it was superb. my husb liked it very much.
i followed the recipe but my mixture was a bit watery. so couldnt make balls. so i mixed some corn flour and loads of bread crumbs into it to tighten . where did i go wrong?
but it was very very tasty. thank you

after shredding the fish, did u saute it till it becomes very dry????..... if the mixture is still moist, u can add breadcrumbs....... good that u enjoyed it.
