Palak with Gobi

(Spinach Cauliflower Curry)

        Here i am presenting a new dish, that is palak with gobi. This is very different and healthy for all. It improves calcium in body, as well as improvement of skin glow.
Sliced Palak (Spinach) - 100gms
Gobi (Cauliflower) - 200gms
Cumin seeds powder - 1/4 spoon
Mustard seeds - 1/4 spoon
Ajwain - 1/4 spoon
Coriander powder - 1spoon
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Green chillies - 2
Chilli (mirchi) powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - 1 spoon
coconut {dry} powder - 2 spoons
Til (Sesame) oil - 1 spoon
1. Heat oil into a pan fry mustatd seeds. Add haldi (turmeric powder)and gobi (cauliflower).
2. Cover with a lid. Cook for five minutes.
3. Add the palak and mix it for 1 minute. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add cumin powder, ajwain and coriander powder with salt. serve with roti or bread.
