Cabbage Roti

(Patha Gobi Roti, Muttaikose Chappatti) 
1 cup Cabbage (patha gobi- grated/finely chopped)
2 cups Wheat flour
1 tsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1 tsp Green chilli paste
1 tsp Kasuri methi (Dry Fenugreek Leaves)
1 tsp Butter (white) home made
Few green coriander leaves.
Combine all the ingredients and make a smooth dough. Make rotis.

Serve hot with sauce, dahi (yogurt), srikand  or any curry as per your choice.

Makes 8 rotis.
