Mango Lassi

(Aam ki Lassi)

Mango season has started. Summer is on. Feel like drinking something cold, nice and tasty. Do try this.
  
Ingredients 
Mango (ripe) - 1 cup (chopped)
Yogurt - 4 tbsp
Heavy whipping Cream - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Saffron - few strands (boiled in 2 tsp milk)
Ice crushed - 1/4 cup (optional)
 
Method 
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend it. Serve chilled.  

If you are using crushed ice, serve immediately.

Prepartion time :  less than 10 minutes
