Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 can (10 ounce)
Dry onion soup mix -  1/2 pack (1 ounce)
Water - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Beef chunk - 2.5 lbs (1.25 kg)

1. Mix cream of mushroom soup and dry onion soup with water. 
2. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker. 
3. Place the beef chunk in the slow cooker.
4. Coat the beef chunk with the soup mixture.
5. Cook on high setting for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 to 7 hours.
