Jatpat Chutney

(Instant Chutney, Quick fix Chutney, Raw Chutney)

Onion (medium sized) - 3
Corriander Leaves - handful (chopped)
Roasted Peanuts - handful
Mint Leaves - 1 spring
Curry Leaves - 1 spring
Roasted Sesame seeds (white) - 1 tsp (optional)
Whole Red Chillies - 2
Tamarind - a piece
Ginger - a small piece
Carrot - a small piece
Salt - to taste
Sugar/ Jaggery - 1/2 tsp (optional)
 -  Mix all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste by adding little water. You can use it in a semi sold form, watery for idli, dosa, uttappa, chapatti etc.
