I am bit Confused. Do we have to fry the chicken in oil first.? How.? Like deep fry without putting anything? Sorry i am in confusion.

Yes, you have to deep fry the chicken first. It gives a great texture to the chicken in the final product. Try it and say if you liked it.

Can I shallow fry the chicken instead of deep frying? Please let me know. Also, not sure if recipe calls for boneless chicken or bone in. Please clarify. This chicken looks so good in the pic that I can hardly wait to try it. Please let me know soon, so I can make this chicken. Thans

Hi, You can shallow fry the pieces too. You may use either boneless or bone in chicken pieces.
