Herbal Juice

Here I am presenting a simple dish for old age people.

Tulasi leaves (Indian Basil) paste - 1 spoon
Mint leaves paste - 1spoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Jaggery - 2 spoons
Honey - 1 spoon
Curd - 1/2 cup
Lemon juice - 1 spoon

1. Add all the ingredients one by one by adding 150 ml water.
2. You can add more sugar before serving. 

This is not only for old age people,but also for pregnant ladies.

there are many herbal supplements and healthy products for every age people..but my issue was where to buy good and trusted brand products..but finally i got one website and sharing this with you guys..i hope it will help you.

thanks for sharing. another juice for getting rid of cold, cough is: tulsi leaves, ginger, garlic, bettle leaves, black pepper, ajwain, cumin seeds boil together everything in water strain and drink two to three times a day for everyone it is useful.
