Here I am presenting a simple dish for old age people.
Ingredients
Tulasi leaves (Indian Basil) paste - 1 spoon
Mint leaves paste - 1spoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Jaggery - 2 spoons
Honey - 1 spoon
Curd - 1/2 cup
Lemon juice - 1 spoon
Method
1. Add all the ingredients one by one by adding 150 ml water.
2. You can add more sugar before serving.
This is not only for old age people,but also for pregnant ladies.
