(Aam ki Lassi)

Mango season has started. Summer is on. Feel like drinking something cold, nice and tasty. Do try this.

Mango Lassi

Preparation Time: Less than 10 minutes.


  • Mango (ripe) - 1 cup (chopped)
  • Yogurt - 4 tbsp
  • Heavy whipping Cream - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Saffron - few strands (boiled in 2 tsp milk)
  • Ice crushed - 1/4 cup (optional)


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend it.

Serving Suggestion

  • Serve chilled.
  • If you are using crushed ice, serve immediately.
