(Raspberry Yogurt Smoothie)

Raspberry Lassi or Raspberry Yogurt Smoothie is a cool refreshing drink made with raspberry and curd/yogurt for a hot summer day.

Raspberry Lassi


  • Raspberries - 1 cup
  • Yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 2-3 tblsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Mint Leaves - 2 or 3
  • Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Salt - a pinch


  1. Blend all the above ingredients in a blender until it becomes creamy and frothy.
  2. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, fresh raspberries and serve chilled.
