Here I am presenting Ridgegourd peel chutney. Ridgegourd  dishes are to be prepared  especially for old age people who have constipation. Ridgegourd peels are also important for dishes. It includes iron and calcium.

Recipe For Ridgegourd Peels

Ingredients

  • Ridge gourd peels - 1 cup
  • Turmeric Powder (haldi) - 1/4 spoon
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 spoon
  • Green Chillies - 5 or 6
  • Oil - 1 table spoon
  • Tamarind paste - 2 spoons
  • Salt - to taste

Method

  1. Heat oil ina pan. 
  2. Put mustard seeds, washed ridgegourd peels and green chillies into the pan. Fry them for a while. 
  3. Add haldi, tamarind paste and salt. grind into a fine paste.

Serving Suggestion

  • This is a very good combination of roti or rice.
