(Kollu Tuvayal, Kulith Chutney)
Ingredients
Roasted horsegram - 1 cup
Red chilli - 2 nos
Grated Coconut - ½
Few curry leaves
Salt
Method
1. Pick the horsegram as you will find small stones in it. Roast it in a a kadai till u get a nice aroma in it.
2. Roast the red chillies too. Roast few curry leaves.
3. Mix all the ingredients in a mixer and grind to a smooth paste by adding water.
This can be had with dal rice, curd rice etc.
