Homemade tomato jam is a delicious condiment with a vibrant colour that combines the natural sweetness and tanginess of ripe tomatoes. The tanginess is enhanced with lemon juice and aromatic spices cinnamon, and cloves. This jam gives a burst of flavor that can enhance the taste of toasts or chapathis.
This tomato jam is made traditionally in many homes as tomatoes are easily available. My mom always used to make a batch of this during tomato season. It is so much healthier and tastier than any brand of commercial jam. Try out this Tomato Jam during when you get hold of fresh ripe tomatoes.
