One Pot Pasta

Kids love pasta. I decided to add some vegetables in the pasta to make it more healthy. Let's see the method.

Recipe For One Pot Pasta


  • Pasta - 300 gram
  • Mixed vegetables - 3 cups ( carrot, beans, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, olives, etc)
  • Minced meat- 150 gram
  • Oil or butter - 2 to 3 spoon
  • Onion-1
  • Pasta sauce-  1 small bottle
  • Salt - as requested
  • Chilli flakes or chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic- 2 to 3
  • Green chilly -1
  • Cheese- handful
  • Pepper- 2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
  • Corriander leaf - 1 handful


  1. Heat a big pan.
  2. Add butter and oil.
  3. Add chopped onion, green chilly and garlic.
  4. saute well and add minced meat.
  5. Add salt. Let it cook  for 5 minutes.
  6. Add chopped vegetables and allow it to cook for about 3 minutes.
  7. Add pasta sauce, chilli powder and some pepper.
  8. Add pasta and some water.
  9. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
  10. Check the taste and add salt or chilly powder according to your taste.
  11. Add cheese.
  12. And some pepper and lemon juice now
  13. Add corriander leaf now and switch off the stove.
  14. Pasta is ready to serve now.
