(Soy Burger)
Jump to recipe ↓
Soya Chunks burgers are a delightful vegetarian alternative to traditional meat burgers. They are protein-rich and with zero fat. These burgers are not only flavorful but also versatile, allowing for a variety of seasonings and toppings to suit individual preferences. These burgers are made with soya chunks or soya granules. These are also known as textured vegetable protein (TVP) and is a byproduct of soybean processing which is used as a meat substitute due to their high protein content and its meaty texture.
Today I am making this burger using Soya Chunks since that is more easily available. Minced soya chunks are mixed with a combination of herbs, spices and other ingredients to form a nutritious patty. These burgers can be made more flavourful with a range of toppings and condiments. These soya burgers can be enjoyed as a quick weeknight meal. Here's the recipe.
