Vangyache Bharit is a special side dish prepared in Maharashtra suring summer time by mashing the grilled brinjal (eggplant) and mixing it with onion, herbs and spices. This type of bharit is generally prepared in summer time. My office friend use to bring this bharit in summer with Bhakri and Methamba.
