  • Brown Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Honey - 2 tbsp (optional)
  • Milk - 3/4 cup
  • Egg - 2
  • Cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder - 3 tsp
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Butter (melted) - 3 tbsp

  1. Sift all the dry ingredients - flour. wheat flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
  2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites.

  2. Pour a small amount on a heated griddle.
  3. After it browns slightly on one side flip and cook the other side.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve these with any syrup - maple syrup, honey, raspberry syrup etc.
  • You can top it with some whipped cream or ice cream and some berries or raisins.

Thank you.

how much time is needed to make this dish?
Person   ()
I used canned mashed sweet potato. So I was able to make it withing 20 minutes. If you are going to make it from scratch by boiling and mashing the sweet potatoes, it would take longer. I would say about 40 minutes.
