Egg Noodles

Recipe for Egg Noodles

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4


  • Ramen Noodles or any kind of Noodles -1 packet 
  • Onion - 1/2 (chopped)
  • Tomato - 1/2 (chopped) 
  • Carrot - 1/2 (julienned) 
  • Beans - 3-4 (julienned) 
  • Cabbage (shredded) - ¼ cup 
  • Green peas - 3 tbsp
  • Bell pepper - 1/4 cup (julienned)
  • Egg - 1-2 (scrambled) 
  • Oil - to toss the veggies 
  • Ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/4 tsp(optional)


  1. Scramble the eggs in a small pan and keep aside.
  2. In a wok or any pan add little oil. Add onions and tomato sauté it. 
  3. Add carrot and beans sauté it with little salt and the taste maker (which comes along with noodles). Let the veggies cook for couple of minutes. 
  4. In another sauce pan boil 2 cups of water and cook the noodles till it is 3/4th done and drain it. 
  5. Now toss the noodles with the masala mixture above.
  6. Toss in the shredded cabbage, bell peppers and scrambled egg. Stir fry for few minutes on high flame until everything gets cooked and coated with the masala. 
  7. Sprinkle the black pepper. Hot egg noodles is ready to be served.

Serving Egg Noodles

  • Serve the hot noodles with ketchup or chicken manchurian.


  • By cooking the noodles separately we can get non sticky noodles.
  • It can be tossed with little soy sauce and chili sauce also to add additional taste.

whenever i cook it after heating the noodles it tend to get sticky and hard to mix with the vegetables, any suggestions

I guess you would have overcooked the noodles. Just cook till the noodles is little undercooked. It will continue to cook when mixing with the vegetables,

    I added beaten gegg raw into the veggies pan and it cooked itself inside along with other ingredients and had flavour of noodle masala and vegies in it. It tasted superb !
