(Tulasi & Mint Juice)

Here I am presenting a simple and healthy juice for old age people.

Recipe For Herbal Juice

Ingredients

  • Tulasi leaves (Indian Basil) paste - 1 spoon
  • Mint leaves paste - 1spoon
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Jaggery - 2 spoons
  • Honey - 1 spoon
  • Curd - 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice - 1 spoon

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients one by one by adding 150 ml water.
  2. You can add more sugar before serving. 

Serving Suggestion

  • This is not only for old age people, but also for pregnant ladies.

thanks for sharing. another juice for getting rid of cold, cough is: tulsi leaves, ginger, garlic, bettle leaves, black pepper, ajwain, cumin seeds boil together everything in water strain and drink two to three times a day for everyone it is useful.
