(Millet Vadai, Khelvaragu Vadai)
Ingredients
Ragi flour - 2 cups
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Spinach - 1 cup (Chopped)
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 sticks
Cilantro - few
Salt - to taste
Oil - for fry
Method
1.In a bowl, add Ragi flour, Spinach, onion, Chilly powder, Salt, curry leaves , Cilantro and mix well.
2.Add required water and make a soft dough ( like chapathi dough).
3.Heat Oil in a pan. Take a small amount of dough, press it with the help of fingers and drop it in hot Oil.
4. Fry till it turns into crispy or till the bubbles are almost stopped.
