Cream - ½ cup
Capsicum - (cubed)
Onion -1 (cubed)
Red chillies -2 whole
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - for garnish
Salt - to taste

Method
1. Take some oil on a tawa/pan. Add methi dana (fenugreek seeds) and fry well.
2. Add chopped onion and sauté it.
3. Add the tomatoes, ginger- garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala powder and sauté.
4. Then add chicken, cream, lemon juice and let the chicken cook.

I made this chicken for tonite's dinner and everybody loved it. My husband kept licking his fingers. At night when I wished him good night, he said,"good night honey, chicken was delicious". Told him all credit goes to your website. This is the third chicken recipe that I have tried and my final dish looks just like your pictures. Thanks again. If you have more lamb recipes, pls share them.
