Fresh Figs - 2 cups (about 1 lb)
Mango - 1 (peeled and diced)
Onion - 1/ Green Onions - 2 (chopped)
Tomato - 2 (diced)
Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
Green Chillies - 2 (minced)
Lemon Zest - 2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 3 tblsp
Salt and Pepper - to taste
1. Combine all the above ingredients.
2. Chill for few hours before serving to blend all the flavours.
