Cheesy Italian Style Baked Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast -27.
Diced Tomatoes - 1
Shredded Cheddar Cheese- Handful
Olive Oil -3 tbsp

Batch -1
Ritz Crackers or Bread crumbs - 10 nos
Pepper -1 tsp
Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Parsley Flakes - 2 tsp



Method
1. Wash the Chicken.
2. Crush the crackers and mix all the ingredients from batch -1.
3. Preheat oven to 300 degree C.
4.Take a glass pan coat the pan with 1 tbsp olive oil to avoid the sticking.
5.Roll the washed chicken over the mixture and coat it nicely and place in the pan.
6.Sprinkle the remaining mixture over the chickens in the pan.
7.Put some diced tomatoes over the chicken and 2-3 drops of olive oil over the chicken and cover the pan with aluminium foil.
8.Place the pan in the oven and keep it for 20 minutes.
9.Taken the pan out and sprinkle cheese over the chicken.
10.Keep the pan again the oven for another 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
11.Serve the chicken with any creamy vegetables.

        Hi,can you please tell me what is this parsley flakes? your recepie are to good.Can u tell me recepies with less masala

 

Reply :-

        Parsley is a herb used mainly in Italy to flavour food. They are very similar to corriander leaves. Parsley flakes are available in dry form. You can find it in most grocery stores. If not try to get hold of Italian seasoning. If you cant find either of them, just use corriander leaves (cilantro).
