Hi, Dahlia,

As a lactose intolerant person, is it possible to substitute cow's milk with an alternative (i.e. soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, or rice milk)?

I've been using honey, not just as a sweetener but also as an anti-inflammatory food.

Thank you!

Hi Em, I have personally not tried with other types of milk but I feel it can be substituted. Do give it a try and share your feedback. It will be helpful for others.

Can I drink turmeric pepper milk in the morning for breakfast instead of at night? Also, is it okay to drink this daily? Thank you. :)

Its perfectly alright to take this everyday. In fact it is quite healthy.

Taking in the night is more effective but of-course you could take in the morning too...

I see. Why is it more effective to drink turmeric pepper milk at night?

The turmeric and pepper gets a chance to stay in the throat and do its magic through the night. You need to try to know the difference.
