(Rosemilk)
Jump to recipe ↓
Rose milk is a refreshing and aromatic drink popular throughout India. I remember during my childhood days, street hawkers selling rose milk and rose falooda in huge clay pots that keeps it chilled. These days Rose milk is becoming popular throughout Chennai. It feels so refreshing to drink some cold rose milk during these hot summer days. You can just milk some rose syrup with chilled milk and make the basic rose milk. But what I’ve shared here today is an enhanced version in which we blend the above ingredients with ice cubes. This makes the rose milk frothy and more tasty. Do try it out.
