Pineapple - 1no
Ghee - 3-4tsp
Sugar - 1/2cup
Milk - 1 cup
Cardammom (powdered) - 2 nos
Cashewnets - as required
1)Chop the pineapple and grind them into paste and keep aside.
2)Heat a kadai, add grinded pineapple paste saute and cook .
3)Then add milk and boil,stir well till it becomes thick.
4)Add sugar and keep stirring in a medium heat
5)Finally add ghee, cardamom powder and cashewnets
6)Sweet and hot halwa is ready.
