Hi Dahlia and thank you for all of your recipes! I have made your chicken tikki masala recipe two times now and it is delicious and I wanted to ask you if you have any tips or tricks to make the sauce thinner. Mine tastes great, but it ends up more like a paste and I don't know how to thin it out without losing the flavor. Thanks again!

Hi Nick, Thanks for your comments. Usually Chicken Tikka masala has a thick sauce.
If you prefer it thinner, add about 1/4 cup of hot water . The flavours would still be retained.
