Recipe for Radish Tomato Curry
Radish with Tomato Curry is a simple curry made with radish that is very good for kidney and digestion. With simple ingredients and mild spices, this curry can be served with chapathi or rice.

Ingredients
- Radish -1
- Onion - 1 big
- Tomatoes - 2
- Cumin (jeera) powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
- Methi powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Salt -1 tsp
- Mustard oil -1 tbsp
Method
- Cut the radish and onion into small pieces.
- Put oil into a pan. Add oniona and fry until brown.
- Add radish and tomatoes. Cover it with lid. pour some water on the lid {not in the pan}.
- Finally mix jeera powder, methi pwders and coriander leaves. It is good in taste, and it is good for health especially for kidneys.
