Hi dahlia is turnip with turnip greens known as mulangi. Is there any names for it in Tamil. Thank you.

Check the link for different tamil names https://simpleindianrecipes.com/vegetables.aspx. Turnip is also called Kocchu Kilangu or Salgham. http://ta.wiktionary.org/wiki/turnip.

Great recipe! I had some turnip greens and didn't know what to do with them. I didn't have any curry leaves on hand, it still tasted good.

Thanks Cathy. You could try the same recipe with any greens.

I wish I would have known this site earlier.Very nice.
All these days I have just looked the fresh greens in Korean market.Never bought them or observed their names. From now onwards I have to search Beet Leaves, Turnip Greens, Bok Choy....& more in future.

Oh. Give a try to all the greens. Each has a unique flavour and taste. I love green leafy vegetables. Needless to say about its health benefits.
