Hi, I was going thro the Cranberry Fish recipe. I was wondering how it would taste with Cranberry.. Will it be little sweet from the fruit?? rgds, Parimala

Reply :-

Fresh cranberries are very sour to taste. So you can substitute cranberries for tamarind in any recipe. It wont be sweet.
