Thadgola, nungu (palm tree fruit) is available during summer and helps in cooling our body,like coconut water.

We love to eat this tender fruit. This summer I tried milk shake and we all loved it. You can also try and enjoy.

Recipe For Palm Fruit Milkshake

Ingredients

  • Tadgola (Nungu, Palm tree jelly seeds) - 2 nos.
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 3-4 tsp
  • Saffron Strands - 3-4

Method

  1. Add everything in the blender and blend it till smooth. 
  2. Add some crushed ice and serve immediately. 

Serving Suggestion

  • Serve as a cooling and refreshing drink for the guests coming home during hot summer.
