If there is no dosa batter at home, you don't have to worry. Just go to the pantry and pick some available flour and you can make this instant multi-flour dosa. Highly recommended for working women. Now lets see the procedure

Recipe For Multi Flour Dosa

Ingredients

  • Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour- 1/2 cup
  • Ragi- 1/2 cup
  • Rava- 1/4 cup
  • Besan flour- one handful
  • Jeera - 2 spoon
  • Chopped onion- 1
  • salt- as necessary
  • water- as necessary

Procedure

  1. In a vessel, add all the flour
  2. Add jeera, salt and onion
  3. Add water
  4. Mix well so that there are no lumps. It has to be in dosa batter consistency.
  5. Set aside for 5 to 10 minutes
  6. Now prepare dosa like you do for normal dosa.

Serving Suggestion

  • Serve the hot Multi Flour Dosa with coconut chutney.
